  • 2 hours self-paced training (pre-requisite for entry into 5 hour live class)

Lynn Hennighausen is a National Trainer for Youth Mental Health FIrst Aid. As a former college athlete and parent of athletes, Lynn understands the unique challenges facing coaches, athletic trainers, athletic directors and others who support our young people in sport.

As a leadership coach and performance consultant, Katie works with national and international sport organizations to build sustainable cultures of excellence and well-being.
