The Training Program and Practice Plan

MHFA Sport Specific, Coach Centric Certification Training:

Tailored to support coaches in the sport space, this course combines 2 hours of asynchronous learning with a 5-hour live training session, available virtually or in-person.

Practice sessions:

Weekly challenges focused on applying MHFA skills with individual athletes/ teams and fellow coaches. (Includes a Monday Focus for the week; Wednesday Skill Challenge; Friday Check-in).
